- Description
- This acquisition is set-aside for Indian-owned and controlled concerns in accordance with the Buy-Indian Act (25 U.S.C. 47). This project consists of the construction of the Plummer Sub-Agency Water Upgrade, mobilization and demobilization; installation of approximately 190/LF 4-inch sewer service, SDR 35 PVC; an 18? X 20? pumphouse with plumbing, electrical, chlorine chemical feed equipment and control system complete with appurtenances; 970/LF telemetry control cable; 120/LF fencing with gate; 6-inch water main connection; 4-inch water main connection; water main connection ? 4-inch new well; water main connection - 4-inch well in existing pumphouse; fire hydrant assemblies; 9/EA 6-inch gate valves; 1/EA 4-inch gate valve; 345/LF 4-inch PVC water main; abandon one (1) well; abandon six (6)-5,000 gallon existing concrete tanks - 1/LS; install 2/EA -15,000 gallon fiberglass potable water tanks; 30/SY asphalt patch and repair and all necessary appurtenances for a complete and operational system located on the Coeur d?Alene Indian Reservation, Plummer, Benewah County, Idaho. The anticipated contract will be a firm-fixed price contract. The performance period will be 125 calendar days. The estimated range is between $100,000 and $250,000. Performance and Payment Bonds required. Liquidated damages apply. The BUY-AMERICAN ACT applies. Indian preference in hiring, suppliers, and subcontractors is required, including meeting respective Coeur d?Alene Tribal Ordinances.
