- Notice of intent to negotiate a sole source contract with Seabird Electronics for the office of Pacific Marine Environmental Laboratory located in Seattle, WA. Purpose of proposed contract is for purchase of quantity of 10 each Seabird brand MicroCAT C and T Recorder with serial interface and memory Model SBE-37SM. Unit includes, mounting brackets, pressure sensor, temperature recorder, plastic housing, external thermistor, lithium batteries and all necessary cables. Seabird brand required to be compatible with existing electronic hardware and software. This notice may represent the only official notice. This is a simplified acquisition with an estimated value of less than $100,000.00.
