- THE SOLICITATION FOR THIS PROJECT WILL BE AVAILABLE TO REVIEW AND PRINT ON THE FEDBIZOPPS WEB SITE IN APPROXIMATELY 15 DAYS. HOPE VALLEY WATER SYSTEM RECONSTRUCTION. This project consists of developing the water system, connecting the waterline to a new 3000-gallon storage tank, connecting to the existing distribution system, installing a new hydrant, submersible pump, and solar panels. To locate the project, take Highway 88 West from Gardnerville, Nevada, twenty miles to Blue Lakes Highway. Take Forest Service Road 08 for 1.5 miles to the campground. The new storage tank location is uphill of the well, west of campsite No. 11. NAICS code: 237110; size standard is $28.5 Million. Estimated start date is August 1, 2004 with 90 calendar days for completion. Estimated price range is between $100,000 and $250,000. This proposed procurement is under this Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program, which is not a small business set aside.
