Description

The USDA, Farm Service Agency has a requirement for Rosemount office furniture workstations. The requirement is for the following: 65 6x6 Typical L-shape workstations; 20 30?x60? Coop Typical workstations; 5 Typical U-shape workstations. The contractor shall be required to deliver and assemble all workstations on an ?as needed? basis. The contractor is required to store all the units at the contractor?s facility and be able to deliver within 48 hours of notice from the USDA. Storage for the workstations may be up to 6 months at the contractor?s facility. Delivery and installation is to be made at two separate USDA buildings in Washington DC. The contractor shall provide installation personnel that are experienced with the assembly and installation of the various Rosemount workstations. The contractor must be registered on the Federal Government?s ?Central Contractor Registration? site (www.ccr.gov) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in [FAR] Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Electronic proposals are acceptable.
