- Description
- This is a pre-solicitation notice for a long-term Indefinite Quantity Contract(s) to provide and deliver a broad range of bulk-metal products within the 9535 Federal Stock Class. The IQC(s) will have a two-year base with three (3) one-year options. Contract(s) will be firm-fixed price with an economic price adjustment (EPA). Material required is heat-treated and nonheat-treated sheet & plate and aluminum floor plate. The items have been grouped into five (5) lots. Contractors are not required to bid on every lot. The contractor(s) will stock the materials and fill DSCP customer requisitions in an off-the-shelf, direct-vendor-delivery basis within the required delivery timeframe. Delivery will be within the continental United States. Only contractors who are on the Bulk Metals QSL will be eligible for award. Vendors must have EDI capability for the life of the award, as orders will be issued via Paperless Ordering Placement System (POPS). Solicitation will be released in the future.
