- Description
- All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote, which shall be considered for this three-year Indefinite Quantity Contract (one base year and two one-year options). Specifications, plans or drawings are not available. This acquisition is for supplies for which the Government does not possess complete, unrestrictive technical data; therefore, the Government intends to solicit and contract with only approved sources under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). The approved sources are Honeywell 07217 and BI Technologies 73138. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described section M of the solicitation. NSN 5905-01-118-7277. Item Description: Variable Resistor. Manufacturer?s Code and Part Number: Honeywell 07217 P/N 625419-4 and 625418-4-1 and BI Technologies 73138 P/N 625418-4-1 and 5229-60-4. Delivery Requirement is 120 days. Unit of Issue: Each. The FOB point is destination and the Inspection and Acceptance points are origin. The solicitation will open on June 21, 2004 and close July 23, 2004. See Numbered notes 12 and 26
