- THE PURPOSE OF THIS AMENDMENT (Amendment three) TO W914NS-04-Q-0165 IS TO CLARIFY THE DESIRED DELIVERY TERMS AND TO EXTEND THE DUE DATE OF THE PROPOSALS TO 5 PM BAGHDAD TIME ON 29 APRIL 2004. ALL OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE COMBINED SYNOPSIS / SOLICITATION, AS AMENDED, REMAIN UNCHANGED. 1. Based upon industry comment not all 120 Intermodal Container Wagons (ICW) have to be delivered by 180 days ARO. The Government will accept a quote that offers a staggered delivery of the 120 units; however, the first ICW must be delivered by 180 days ARO and the remaining 119 must be delivered by not later than 360 days after ARO. 2. All quotes are to be in English. 3. All quotes are to be based on the US Dollar. 4. The quote / proposal is due at 1700 hours, Baghdad time, on 29 April 2004. The CPA contracting POC is Charles T.
