Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number, H92244-04-Q-0044 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS) assigned rating for this procurement is DO. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-18. This procurement is restricted to small business set-aside. All responses from responsible sources will be fully considered. NAICS Code 423910 size standards 100 employees or under. This synopsis/solicitation is for COMMERCIAL ITEMS. CLIN 0001: 4000 lb Complete Pontoon Set, Qty 4 sets; One set of Pontoons contains: (2) CB2X23P-4000 pontoons; (6) 49" Nylon Center Straps; (6) Stainless Steel Caribiners; (2) Plastic Carrying Cases; (1) Spare Over-Pressure Valve; (1) Spare SS Caribiner; (1) Spare 49" Center Strap; (1) Spare 3/4 PVC Ball Valve; (1) Spare Quick Disconnect Fitting; (2) Small Repair Kit; (1)Instruction Manual; CLIN FOB POINT IS VIRGINIA BEACH, VA. DELIVERY IS 30 DAYS AFTER DATE OF CONTRACT AWARD. Solicitation Provision at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors Commercial Items (Oct 2003) is hereby incorporated by reference. Contractors are reminded to submit a complete copy of the provision at FAR 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certifications Commercial Items with their quote, if readily available.
