Description

The purpose of Amendment 002, to the subject solicitation for training services is to address questions submitted by vendors and to establish a cut off date for submission of questions in writing. The cut off date is April 30, 2004 by 12:00 P.M. Eastern Standard time. The due date for receipt of proposals is not extended. The amendment and attachments can be down loaded from the Federal Business Opportunities Website at www.eps.gov. This procurement is 100% set aside for small businesses (see numbered note 1). The applicable NAICS (formerly SIC) code is 611420 with an associated small business size standard of 6,000,000. See FAR 19.102 or www.sba.gov/size/NAICS-cover-page.htm. If a response is not received from two or more small business quoters, the procurement will automatically concert to an unrestricted status.
