- Description
- The United States Postal Service hereby submits a Request For Proposal (RFP) for terminal handling services to support the surface transportation of mail for the Southwest HASP. Arrival, departure, tender, and delivery time schedules are defined in the 75H Surface Matrix Attachment. The U.S. Postal Service anticipates a single award from this RFP. The contract awarded under this solicitation will be for a term beginning on or about June1, 2004 and ending close of business, May 31, 2006. NOTE: THIS NOTICE MAY HAVE POSTED ON WWW.FEDBIZOPPS.GOV ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (22-MAR-2004).
