- The US Forest Service, Huron-Manistee NF, 1755 South Mitchell Street, Cadillac, MI 49601, intends to issue the subject solicitation on or about 3/24/04. This project includes but is not limited to the clearing, excavation, aggregate base, concrete curb and gutter, asphalt placement and site restoration of the Little O Trailhead parking facility. NOTE: THIS NOTICE MAY HAVE POSTED ON WWW.FEDBIZOPPS.GOV ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (09-MAR-2004).
