- THIS IS A COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION FOR COMMERCIAL ITEMS, PREPARED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE FORMAT IN SUBPART 12.6 AS SUPPLEMENTED WITH ADDITIONAL INFORMATION INCLUDED IN THIS NOTICE. THIS ANNOUNCEMENT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY SOLICITATION. QUOTES ARE BEING REQUESTED AND A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. Solicitation Number: A4AP25FOA00 is hereby issued as a Request for Quote. The incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-23, Effective May 5, 2004. This requirement is set aside for Small Business using Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP). The Standard Industrial Classification Code is 7629 with a Small Business standard of $5.0 million. Quotes shall be evaluated on technical, past performance and price. Technical qualifications and Past Performance are equal in importance and significantly more important than price. Award shall be made to the offeror that provides the Government with the best value after all stated evaluation factors and price are considered. Award shall be made only to contractors who have registered with the Central Contractor Registration data base.
