- FISC San Diego Regional Contracting Department is announcing its intent to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) N00244-04-R-0058, for the following services: Cold chemical cleaning and hydro blast cleaning services for Collection and Holding Tanks (CHT) aboard US Navy vessels. Performance location is the San Diego, CA area. Contractors will be required to provide all labor services and materials in accordance with the established statement of work to accomplish the work specified. Inspection and acceptance will be performed at Destination by the cognizant Government representative. The Government intends to award a Single Award Firm Fixed Price contract for a base year and two one year options. Qualified contractors that can provide this type of service are encouraged to download a copy of the RFP at the following websites: www.neco.navy.mil and www.fedbizopps.gov . The solicitati on document will be available on or about June 9, 2004. The solicitation period will close on COB 1500 PM, PST, July 9, 2004. This notice is issued as restricted to small businesses.
