- Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division (NUWC) Keyport requires 1 each for 6 different stainless guide slots conforming to the following drawings: line 0001 to dwg 7072756 Rev B, line 0002 to dwg 7072758 rev B, line 0003 to dwg 7072751 rev B, line 0004 to dwg 7072757 rev B, line 0005 to dwg 7072768 rev A, and line 0006 to dwg 7072736 rev B. FOB Destination: Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Keyport, Keyport, WA 98345. Simplified acquisition procedures will be used. Distribution of drawings is restricted by the Arms Export Control Act to vendors who are currently registered with the Defense Logistics Information Service Joint Certification Program. All vendors requesting drawings shall provide a copy of DD form 2345 with their request. Additional information regarding this program may be obtained at www.dlis.dla.mil/jcp. NAICS code 332999 applies. Inspection and accep tance will be at destination. This requirement will be procured under FAR Part 12 simplified commercial acquisition procedures. This RFQ will be posted electronically on the NUWC Division Keyport, Acquisition Division website without drawings. Offerors wishing to submit an offer are responsible for downloading their own copy of the RFQ from this website and to frequently monitor the site for any amendments to the RFQ. No telephone or fax requests for the RFQ package will be accepted. It is anticipated that the solicitation package will be available for download via NUWC Division Keyport website (http://kpt-eco.kpt.nuwc.navy.mil) on or about 24 May 2004. Award will be made on, or about 9 Junel 2004. No bidders list will be maintained by this office. No paper copies of the RFQ/amendments will be mailed. Failure to respond to the electronically posted RFQ and associated a mendments prior to the date and time set for receipt of quotes may render your offer non-responsive and result in rejection of the same. After downloading the solicitation, firms interested in submitting quotes must: (1) complete the pricing, (2) complete all representations and certifications found in the solicitation, and (3) ensure current registration in the DoD Central Contractor Registration database (http://www.ccr.gov). Numbered notes 1 and 8 apply.
