- NSWC Crane is authorized to issue orders under the Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) issued by Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) to Lockheed Martin Ocean, Radar & Sensor System Coastal, 9255 Wellington Road, Manassas VA 20110-4121, the sole source vendor for the AN/SYQ-13-Suface Mine Warfare Navigation Command and Control System, the SSQ-109- Machinery Ship Control, and SEAFOX Expendable Mine Neutralization System. The BOA includes line items for Engineering Change Kits, Repairs, Installation and Checkout, Maintenance Support Materials, Repair Parts, Engineering Services, Data and Provisioning Technical Documentation. The BOA is effective through 16 March 2007. This synopsis is for the class of orders that may be issued by NSWC Crane under the BOA for a one-year period. Individual job orders issued by NSWC Crane will specify required tasks and all applicable delivery terms and co nditions. Note 22 applies.
