- Description
- The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD), Laboratory Instruments & Standards Team has a requirement for a National Institute of Standards Technology (NIST) Wide Band Sampling Voltmeter. The Government intends to negotiate with National Institute of Standards of Technology, 100 Bureau Drive, Stop 3734, Gaithersburg, MD 20899-3734, on an other than full and open competition basis. National Institute of Standards of Technology is the only source that can meet the Government?s requirement.
