Description
The Naval Air Systems Command intends to enter into a follow-on contract with Raytheon Company, P.O. Box 11337, Tucson, AZ for All-Up-Round (AUR) TOMAHAWK Cruise Missile depot support. The contract will include a base year with four option years to allow for the ordering of missile recertifications ranging in quantities of 84 to 225 in FY06, 84 to 125 for FY07, 84 to 175 for FY08, 84 to 325 for FY09, and 84 to 175 for FY10. This effort shall also require depot maintenance covering Guidance Test Sets (GTSs), Hardware in the Loop (HITL), Operational Flight Software (OFS), Support Equipment and Tools; and related supplies and services such as retrofit kits, material and services for non-core retrofit and inspection, unscheduled maintenance/over and above work, encanisterization and decanisterization, recovery exercise modules, range safety systems, flight or functional ground test investigation analysis, spare and repair parts, Functional Ground Test (FGT), Performance Verification Test (PVT), and Operational Test Launch (OTL) pre/post-flight support effort, material and services for Service Life Assessment Program (SLAP), product assurance services, systems engineering tasks, recertification of components, repair of Government Furnished Property (GFP), repair of repairables (ROR), and technical and administrative data. In addition, support to the United Kingdom (UK) TOMAHAWK Cruise Missiles will be provided under this contract in accordance with appropriate FMS cases. This will be a sole source indefinite quantity requirements contract using firm fixed price orders. Raytheon Company is the only known contractor possessing the required technical knowledge, data, experience, and requisite infrastructure to provide full recertification of AUR TOMAHAWK Missile variants and other support requirements set forth above.
