- AMENDMENT TO SOLICITATION NO. 04ERQQ0088, ALL QUESTIONS FOR THIS REQUIREMENT WILL END AT 12:00 NOON TODAY 5/25/2004 IN ORDER TO MEET THE BID DEADLINE AT CLOSE OF BUSINESS TODAY. ONE QUESTION THAT HAS RISEN IS AS FOLLOWS: Is the scope of work to include the margins of the approx. 1700 acre bay plus a 7 mile length of the Fish River, or is the 7 miles an approximation of the total length for the project, including the margins of the bay? THE ANSWER FROM THE TECHNICAL LIAISON IS AS FOLLOWS: The margins of the Bay are separate from the 7-miles of the Fish River.
