- Description
- Furnish labor, equipment, supplies and materials, except for specified Government-furnished property, to construct four wells. Work includes the following line items: 1) Mobilization, 1 lump sum; 2) 1000 linear foot Drilling Well Hole; 3) 4 ea Install 8 inch steel surface casing; 4) 1000 linear foot Install 4 1/2 inch PVC Casing; 5) 56 lbs gravel pack material; 6)32 lbs Medium Chip Bentonite; 7) 8 hours Stand By Time; 8) 8 hours Well development and testing; 9) 8 hours Well Abandonment. Work under this contract is located in Prairie County,Montana. The contractor shall be given 40 days after Notice to Proceed is issued to complete the project. Estimated price range is between $25,000 and $100,000. In accordance with FAR 28.102-1, a 100% payment protection is required for contracts greater than $25,000, prior to issuance of the Notice to Proceed. This can be submitted by Irrevocable Letter of Credit, Certificate of Deposit, or Payment Bond. This award is 100% set aside for small business concerns. Contractors receiving this award must be registered in Central Contractor Registration (CCR). THIS SOLICITATION WILL BE POSTED ELECTRONICALLY AT "http://ideasec.nbc.gov" ON OR ABOUT 6/18/2004.
