- The Pine Bluff Arsenal intends to award a delivery order against GSA Contract number GS-00F-0039N to furnish all labor and materials to develop an Incinerator Operator Training Program. This Program will need a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to conduct an initial operator-training program. The program is to be developed using guidelines in 40 CFR Part 60.2070 and 40 CFR Part 60.2635. Only Contractors with GSA Contracts in Schedule 874 or Similar Schedules need apply. Project Deliverables: Incinerator Operations Manual, 15 Copies; Initial incinerator training course; Outline of Incinerator Operations Manual Course Topics to include; Five Day Technical Training, Equipment Operation Orientation Course; Two day Bulk Dunnage Incinerator Course; Three day Ce ntral After Burner Course including air pollution control devises (Pollution Abatement System); One day Carbottom Furnace Course; One day Rotary Deactivation Furnace; and for the three day balance a Plant Utilities course. These three days will cover util ities SOP; Plant Layout; the Natural Gas System; Compressed Air Systems; the Caustic Injection System; the Plant Water System and Electrical Distribution System. Solicitation documents are not available. Affirmative responses along with a GSA contract and descriptive literature should be forwarded to reach this office NLT COB the fifteenth day after publication of this notice.
