E-MAIL (kimberly.smith@redstone.army.mil) ***TELEPHONE REQUEST WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED*** System: PATRIOT, PRON: D14H1400, Nomenclature: Circuit Card Assembly, NSN: 5998-01-135-5735, PN: M2-MJ11-BM, for a quantity of (5) five. Destination to be furnished. A quantity of (1) one, Contractor Tested First Article required. Delivery schedule, 145 days after contract award, submission and acceptance of test report. Production Delivery schedule 110 days after acceptance of test report. Offerors must be approved and qualified. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted d ependent upon the date of release of solicitation; however, solicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated above. Foreign Firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies. The Governme nt does not possess sufficient documentation to acquire this item from other than the qualified source. A technical data package, which defines all engineering and quality requirements, are not available. This proposed contract action is for supplies or s ervices for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one, or a limited number of sources.
