- This action is to create a modification to the Basic contract for two phases to incorporate Taiwan Mode T system. Phase II, which is to design, install, test prototype Kit, Validate and Verification of the TI wiring harness test kit. Phase III is t o MFG nine production Kits, conduct training and update the publication. Authority for this action is 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c) (1) (2), and FAR 6.302-1 & 2.
