- Survey for new Red-cockaded woodpecker (RCW) cavity trees, new RCW start trees, and pine flattop trees on Fort Bragg, North Carolina for the period 15 July 2004 through 14 July 2005 (plus 2 one-year option periods). Contractor is to provide all pers onnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, supplies, deliverables, and other items and services necessary to provide these services. For determining business size on this project, North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 541620 and t o be considered a small business under this code, a firm, including its affiliates, must not have more than $6.0 million average annual revenue over the past 3 years. This procurement is 100% set-aside for small business. The resultant contract will be a firm-fixed price. The entire solicitation will be issued electronically at http://www.bragg.army.mil/www-doc/Contractors/SOLICIT.htm (paper copies will not be available). The solicitation, attachments, specifications will only be available by downloadin g the documents from the Fort Bragg Directorate of Contracting website.
