- This synopsis supports the AN APQ 175 (Adverse Weather Aerial Delivery System ?AWADS) radar for the C-130 radar that has been established with repair and test equipment applicable to the Digital Avionics Test Station for Avionics (DATSA). The contract was awarded with a basic and four option years in 2001. This requirement (basic and two options) supports the above program for an engineering study to replace obsolete equipment on the DATSA test and support equipment and engineering change proposal. Sole source to System & Electronics Inc. (SE), St Louis MO under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Specification, plans or drawings relating to this procurement described above are not available and can?t be furnished by the government. A formal solicitation will not be posted to Fed Biz Ops.
