- This is a notice of intent that WR-ALC/LSKC anticipates issuing a contract for the following spares appl to the JTIDS system: 4 each indicator controls, NSN: 5895-01-383-0906BY, P/N: K310A097-30 and 7 each interface controls, NSN: 5895-01-3842219BY. This requirement is restricted to Data Link Solutions (Cage:081U3). The approximate issue date of the RFP will be 09 Jun 2004 with the approximate response date of 09 JUL 2004. Request the solicitation from the Federal Business Opportunities web site. North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code: 334220. All responsible sources solicited may submit a bid/proposal, or quotation which shall be considered. Authority: 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1). Justification: Supplies (or Services) required are available from only one or a limited number of responsible sources(s) and no other type of supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. All potential offerors should contact the buyer/PCO identified above for additional information and/or to communicate concerns, if any, concerning this acquisition..
