- The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has a requirement for Program Manager Professional Certification Training Services. This acquisition is intended to be awarded as a firm fixed price contract. Interested sources that can meet all of the requirements in the attached Statement of Work (SOW) should submit their documentation accordingly. Pricing information must be submitted as a separtate document and not included in the body of the technical proposal. All offers in response to this SIR must be received no later than 1:00 P.M. (EST) on Friday, June 4, 2004 at the following location:Federal Aviation Administration ATTN: Loni Chinn, ATO-A Room 402, 800 Independence Avenue, S.W.
