Description

The National Institutes of Health Division of Real Property Acquisition, Architectural and Construction; Bethesda,Maryland plans to enter into a Firm-Fixed-Price Full and Open Competition Contract for a Construction Manager as Constructor (CMc) for the NIAID Integrated Research Facility at Fort Detrick, Frederick, Maryland. The proposed facility will be comprised of laboratories designed and constructed to Biosafety Levels (BSL) 2, 3, and 4. The CMc shall furnish pre-construction services and completed construction of the building and site features on a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) basis. The estimated GMP is $70,000,000 to $80,000,000. The full solicitation documents will be available in approximately 15-21 days from the date of this notice.
