- NOTE: All responses to this RFQ shall be mailed to Western Area Power Administration, P.O. Box 3700, Loveland, CO 80539-3003, Attention: Sharon Gatenby. The Western Area P:ower Administration has a requirement for a contractor to provide all the labor, materials, and other resources necessary to complete this requirement. The work includes, but is not limited to: above and below ground inspection; nondestructive evaluation; furnishing and applying ground line treatment, internal decay treatment, and preventative fumigant treatment; and tagging and preparing inspection reports on the wood poles on approximately 323 miles of transmission line. The work is located in Colorado, Wyoming, and Nebraska. The solicitation will be issued electronically on or about June 9, 2004 at this site. The specifications and drawings will be issued in hard copy and CD format and may be obtained by faxing your request to the attention of Sharon Gatenby at 970-4617377. This solicitation is a 100% Small Business Set-aside.
