- Description
- The contractor shall provide any and all labor, equipment, suppliers, services, permits and licenses necessary to perform timber stand improvement by one or more of the following methods: precommercial thinning, release by felling, control understory vegetation, and site preparation for natural regeneration on the Ava/Cassville/Willow Springs Ranger District on the Mark Twain National Forest. Individual tasks to be performed will be identified by issuance of individual task orders. This will be a Performance Based Service Contract. Award will be based on written technical proposals and price factors with the best overall value to the Government. This solicitation will be available for downloading on this website on or about June 11, 2004.
