- DESCRIPTION OF WORK The contractor shall provide any and all labor, equipment, supplies, services, permits, and licenses necessary to perform 359 acres of dead ponderosa pine tree removal and slash treatment on the Prescott National Forest. The contractor must be registered with the Department of Labor under the Migrant and Seasonal Workers Protection Act. LOCATION DESCRIPTION. There are seven (7) sites within the Prescott National Forest that will require treatment, please refer to maps for locations. The proposal will issue on or about June 11, 2004 with proposals due on or about July 14, 2004.
