- This announcement serves as the pre-solicitation notice pursuant to FAR 5.203(a)(i). On or about 19 April 2004, the 49th Contracting Squadron will issue a request for quotation to procure the service of the installation of a Freight Lift here at Holloman AFB, NM. NAICS: 423830 Size Standard: 500 Employees. This acquisition has been set aside for a small business concern. This acquisition will be to procure the following service: installation of a Freight Lift (Elevator). Additional specs and info will be attached to the solicitation when it is posted tommorrow. Pursuant to FAR 52.211-6, offerors may propose an (or equal) product. Offerors proposing and (or equal)product are advised to follow the instructions in the clause. The solicitation will be posted and must be downloaded from www.eps.gov. Paper solicitations will not be issued, however a copy will be available for public viewing at the 49th Contracting Squadron, 1210 Forty Niner Ave, Holloman AFB NM 88330. In accordance with DFARS 252.204-7004, offerors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration in order to be eligible for award. NOTE: THIS NOTICE MAY HAVE POSTED ON WWW.FEDBIZOPPS.GOV ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (19-APR-2004).
