- SOURCES SOUGHT: Contractor to provide all labor, tools, materials, and equipment necessary to rehab the interior of the MSD Building at USCG in St. Thomas, Virgin Islands. Work includes but is not limited to demolishing existing walls, flooring and ceilings and to provide a reconfigured layout which includes all duty rooms, admin area, offices, recreation area, galley, restrooms, showers and locker rooms. Total area of rehab is 2900 Sq Ft. HVAC unit and outing of ducto9wrk, reroute plumbing sanitary and water supply lines, and replace existing light fixtures and receptacles to comfort new layout. Estimated construction price range is $500,000 and $1,000,000. Performance period is 120 calendar days. Bid, payment and performance bonds are required. The applicable North American Industry Class System (NAICS) 2002 code is 236220. The small business size standard is a three-year averaged annual gross receipt of $28.5 million. This action is a 100 percent Small Business Set-Aside. The solicitation package will be available at the following web site: http://www.fedbizops.gov.
