- Description
- The U.S. GOVERNMENT,GENERAL SERVICES ADMINISTRATION, is seeking to lease office and related space in GREENSBORO, NC consisting of approximately 6,095 square feet of rentable space and one (1) secured inside or outside parking spaces. Rentable space must yield a total of 5,300 contiguous BOMA usable square feet. Office and related space must be located above ground level and available for use by tenant for personnel, furnishings and equipment. LOCATION: Space must be located on or inside a three block radius to the North, South, East and West of the 300 Block of West Market Street and within the area bounded on the North by West Fisher to East Fisher Streets; on the East by Edward R. Murrow Blvd; on the South by West Lee to East Lee Streets; and bounded on the West by South Spring to North Spring Streets. Space must be located outside of the flood plain area. Residential and Industrial areas are unacceptable. Space must be located in a prime commercial office district with attractive, prestigious, professional surroundings with a prevalence of modern design and/or tasteful rehabilitation in modern use. REQUIRED: All services, supplies, utilities, partitioning and tenant alterations are to be provided as part of the rental consideration. TERM: Space must be available for occupancy by August 1, 2005. Lease term will be for ten (10) years, five (5) years firm with the Government having cancellation privileges on or after the five (5) year firm term.
