Description
EPA's Office of Acquisition Management (OAM) is conducting market research to determine if there are small businesses that are capable of performing work related to Environmental Innovations: Development and Transportation. The Contractor will be required to provide an inter-disciplinary approach to identifying and evaluating land use, development, transportation, and planing issues and their health, economic, and social impacts. Such small businesses must have demonstrated experience in the following areas, which are key to this requirement: 1. Ability to conducting research, collect and present data regarding the substantive topics listed in the SOW. 2. Ability to provide database management (GIS and other), quantitative analysis and modeling. 3. Ability to develop policy options and analyses. 4. Ability to provide outreach, and technical assistance. A full copy of the Statement of Work (SOW) for this requirement can be found on EPA's web site at the following address: http://www.epa.gov/oamhpod1/oppts_grp/0312309/index.htm All interested small businesses with these capabilities are invited to submit capability statements. Capability Statements are limited to five (5) pages, and must specifically address the SOW posted on EPA's web site, and the four areas listed above. The information contained in the Capability Statements will be used to assess the capabilities of the small business community with respect to this requirement. Capability statements should be e-mailed to kreusch.amanda@epa.gov by September 8, 2003. No feedback or evaluations will be provided to companies regarding their individual submissions.
