- Contractor to furnishing all labor, equipment and materials, except government furnished material, install culverts and gravel the road. Work under this Contract is located in Fremont County, Wyoming. Approximately 14 miles southeast of Jeffrey City Wyoming. Site Location is shown in the drawings. The Project is estimated between $25,000 and $100,000. This is a 100% emerging small business set-aside. A performance period of 75 calendar days has been established, with liquidated damages assessed for a delayed performance period, a daily amount of $547.84. With an estimated start date on or about 06/28/04. Solicitation to be issued 20 May, 2004. Payment protection is required in the amount of 100% of quote. There will be only one site visit for this project. Refer to solicitation for date and time.
