Description: The Bureau of Indian Affairs, Law Enforcement Services (LES) requires a source that can provide 24 hour, seven days a week, contact for LES agencies across the United States, seeking available detention bed space for both arrested, pre-adjudicated, and adjudicated juveniles and adults in close proximity to the requesting LES agency. The source will be responsible for sub-contracting with detention facilities that meet minimal state, local, and/or American Corrections Association standards. The source will be responsible for handling all activities with the sub-contractors including, but not limited to, processing sub-contractor billing, and coordinating with the LES agencies for transport of juveniles and adults to the appropriate facility.
