Production leadtime is 135 each 252 days after contract award with First Article(FA) and 168 days after contract award without FA with delivery to Texarkana, TX 7 5507-5000. This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The government has the right to the technical data, the data package is complete, and there are no technical data, engineering, tooling or manufacturing restrictions. All responsible sources may submit a n offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation however; the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above.
