- The purpose of this amendment to solicitation W15QKN-04-R-0306 is as follows: 1. The closing time of the solicitation will remain unchanged. 2. Under Section L.12.1, an additional statement has been added. 3. Statements have been added to clarify the use of plastic supports for the PA162, PA163 and PA167 listed on the CD. 4. All other terms and conditions of this solicitation remain unchanged.
