Description

Sources Sought Announcement: Packaging and Labeling Service to include printing. The Mid South Consolidated Mail Outpatient Pharmacy (CMOP) at 5171 Sam Jared Road, Murfreesboro, TN 37130 is searching for contractors that can provide all labor, supervision, administrative support, equipment and incidental necessary to pick-up, transport, manifesting/process, and delivery of mail packages. The mail manifesting will include the printing of the prescription medication information (PMI), refill documentation and return address label. Contractor shall be responsible for the manifesting and PMI consolidation into one package. The CMOP regularly works 2 eight-hour shifts, Monday-Friday, with weekend, overtime, and holidays as needed for fulfill workload requirements. Transportation time to meet the Scope of Work should be within a four (4) hour transit time. The CMOP intends to award a firm fixed price contract. The contract performance period will consist of a base year from date of award and four additional one-year renewal options. The total terms of the contract is not to exceed five years.
