- On May 20, 2004 FHWA is posting the subject RFP to FedBizOpps. Please note the change in the RFP Number from DTFH61-03-R-00123 to DTFH61-04-R-00024. The FHWA anticipates making one award as a result of this solicitation. This solicitation will only be released and available electronically at http://www.fedbizopps.gov. Accordingly, NO written, telephone, facsimile or e-mail requests for the solicitation package will be accepted. Since this solicitation will only be available electronically, it will be the responsibility of interested parties to monitor the FedBizOpps.gov website for any solicitation amendments. Any amendments will be posted at FedBizOpps under both solicitation numbers (DTFH61-03-R-00123 and DTFH61-04-R-00024.
