- The Center for Mental Health Services, Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) through the Program Support Center, Division of Acquisition Management, intends to award a sole source simplified acquisition to National Alliance for the Mentally Ill of Pennsylvania. This requirement is a result of an unsolicited proposal and has been reviewed and accepted in accordance with FAR 15.606, 15.606-1 and 15.606-2. No solicitation will be issued.
