Solicitation is unrestricted, other than full and open competition and will result in a Fixed Price Indefinite Quantity Contract for a base year with four one-year option periods for stock lines only. Estimated Annual Demand (EAD) base year is 3,186 BX, option year EAD is 1,568 BX, requested delivery is 22 DARO. NSN 3740-01-240-6170, Trap, Glue, Rodent, to SRG, Richmond, VA and AQ5, Tracy, CA. EAD base year is 3,790 BX, option year EAD is 3,032 BX, requested delivery is 30 DARO. All NSNs: FOB Destination with Inspection and Acceptance at Destination; QAP 251 applies. These are part numbered items: 3740-01-240-6170 and 3740-01-412-9371 approved source is Woodstream, CAGE 84155. Quantity variance is Plus 5%, Minus 5%.
