- Description
- The Pacific Division, Naval Facilities Engineering Command (PACNAVFACENGCOM) plans to negotiate on a sole source basis with Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC) for audiovisual and visual information services in support of the Asia Pacific Center for Security Studies (APCSS) on Oahu, Hawaii. The sole source authority is Section 4202 of the Clinger-Cohen Act of 1996 (FAR 13.5 Test Program for Commercial Items. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received within twenty days after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The audiovisual and visual information services will include graphics, audiovisual, and technical support services in preparation for and during the conferences and courses offered by the APCSS. The services will also include the preparation of various graphics, photography, and publishing services as required to support the mission of the APCSS. Additionally, all labor, material, supplies, supervision, administration, and management required to produce and deliver services in a safe manner and in accordance with the applicable laws, regulations and industry standards are included in the services.
