- Description
- Approximately 4,380 BOMA usable square feet of office space, storage area and seven (7) covered parking spaces and two (2) surface parking spaces. Location: The space must be located in Dalton, Georgia and must be accessible to major highway arteries. In addition, the space must be located in surroundings conducive to a professional business area. The space must be bounded within or fronting on the following streets: North on Walnut Avenue to Dalton Parkway, West on Dalton Parkway and Walnut Avenue Connection to I-75, South on Dalton Parkway to Walnut Avenue, East on I-75 to Dalton Parkway and Walnut Avenue Connection. Other considerations: All space shall be contiguous, second floor or higher is required. One elevator shall be equipped with override control if deemed necessary. If the office is located on the sixth floor above, the elevator must be on emergency power, perimeter walls must be constructed slab to slab. Also, special electrical, wiring and security requirements apply. Tenant alterations will be provided as part of the rental consideration. Occupancy: The space is required on or before June 1, 2005.
