- NOTICE OF INTENT TO NEGOTIATE A CONTRACT: Five firms have been selected as being eligible to receive a contract award as a result of this solicitation. Interested parties are hereby notified that NRCS intends to negotiate an Indefinite delivery-Indefinite quantity contract with Environmental Management Solutions, the highest ranked of the selected firms. If additional contracts are needed, NRCS award contract to one or more of the remaining selected firms. Prior to commencing negotiations for a subsequent contract, a similar notice of intent to negotiate will be posted at this website.
