- Description
- (i)This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii)Solicitation number TFL-04-4366 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). (iii)The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-22(b). (iv)RFQ for two (2) Checkpoint InterSpect 410 appliances. (v)An internal security gateway that blocks the spread of worms and attacks inside the network and provides network zone segmentation. (vi)Deliver thirty (30) days after award to GSA, Data Comm., & Networking (LABN) Team, 1800 F Street, N.W. Room 2040, Washington, D.C. 20405. (vii)Provision 52.212.1, Instruction to Offerors ? Commercial, applies to this acquisition. (viii)The lowest price is the evaluation process. (ix)Offerors are to include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications ? Commercial Items, with its offer. (x)Clauses 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions ? Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition.
