- (1) Hepa filter housing, Falnders/CSC heap filter, model #BF1-1H1W-2ggf-304-D3. Right hand access covers. Filter housing shall come equipped with the following hardware installed on filter housing. 1. Weather cap, 2. Lifting lugs. 3. Two mounted magnehelic gages 4. Three DOP test ports 5. Duct transitions installed Qty: 4 assy. (2) Damper, Ventilation, 8? dia with 1 ?? wide flanges, no holes in flanges. CSC-LLDM8 Qty: 4 each. Per attachment 0001 FOB Destination. Solicitation available 5/21/04. All responsible sources may submit offer/bid which shall be considered by FISC Puget Sound.
