- Description
- Furnish all labor, equipment, materials, and supplies to remove and dispose existing aluminum shingles; repair decking and facia; install new, standing seam metal roof on three buildings at the Spring Creek National Fish Hatchery near Underwood, WA. Contract completion time is 120 days. Construction cost range is between $150,000 and $300,000. Solicitation is available electronically only and will be released on or about June 15, 2004 with proposals due 30 days thereafter. Access RFP at "www.fedbizopps.gov" or "ideasec.nbc.gov". Telephone and fax requests will not be accepted. This is a "best value" procurement with award to be made based on past performance and experience of the firm, as well as price.
