- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Item Description: (1) Track-It! Standard (MU) to Track-It! Standard Edition Upgrade; (8) Track-It! Audit; (1) Track-It! Alert; (1) Track-It! Concurrent Technician and (1) Tack-It! Self Se rvice software upgrade. Item is required within 21 days ARO, and FOB destination is preferred for delivery to Stratton ANGB, 1 Air National Guard Road, Scotia, NY 12302-9752. This synopsis and solicitation is prepared in accordance with the format in FAR S ubpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a Request For Quo te (RFQ). Submit written offers (oral offers will not be accepted) in reference to RFQ W912J2-04-T-0009. All firms or individuals responding must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). This procurement is being issued as 100% SMALL B USINESS SET-ASIDE. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-22 &23 and Defense Acquisition Circular DCN 20040513.
