- SOLICITATION NO: FA8107-04-R-0022 OC-ALC/PSKCB, ATTN: Jamie Mansell, OC-ALC/PSKCB, 3001 STAFF DR SUITE 2A185A, TINKER AFB OK 73145-3020. A Firm Fixed Price Requirements contract is contemplated to consist of a Basic plus Four Option Years with best estimated quantities indicated above. Item 0001, NSN: 1560-00-562-6834FG P/N 35-18797-501, Best Estimated Quantities: Basic Year: 17 Ea, Option Year One 21 Ea; Option Year Two 23 Ea; Option Year Three 25 Ea; Option Year Four 22 Ea. Description: Door Assembly Fuel Access. APPLICATION: B-52H DELIVERY: Basic Year production quantity due for delivery on or before 17 Dec 2004 APPROX. ISSUE DATE: 03 June 04 APPROX. AWARD DATE: 30 July 2004 DESTINATION: Tinker Air Force Base, OK 73145-3020 This acquisition involves data that are subject to export control laws and regulations. Only contractors who are registered and certified with the Defense Logistics Services Center (DLSC) shall be provided copies of the solicitation or other data subject to foreign disclosure restrictions. Contact the Defense Logistics Services Center, 74 Washington Avenue N., Battle Creek, Michigan 40917-3084 (1-800-352-3572) for further information on the certification process. You must submit a copy of your approved DD Form 2345, Military Critical Technical Data Agreement, with your request for the solicitation. NOTE: An Ombudsman has been appointed to address concerns from offerors or potential offerors during the proposal development phase of this acquisition. The Ombudsman does not diminish the authority of the program director or contracting officer, but communicates contractor concerns, issues, disagreements, and recommendations to the appropriate Government personnel. When requested, the Ombudsman shall maintain strict confidentiality as to the source of the concern.
